Undercover Tourist Mousesavers Code

I did subscribe and it did say that I would receive the newsletter on the 15th, Is the pin# discount on top of the already discounted tickets that Undercover Tourist offers?

Thanks again!!
It's not a PIN #, it's a link within the newsletter. The discount is over and above the prices that you see on their regular webpage. The amount varies according to the ticket, but even a few dollars are worth it when you're ordering several tickets.

And just so that you're aware, some of the tickets that UT is selling are still available at the old prices. A ticket price hike went into effect on 06/02/2013. You can still get some tickets at the old prices while they last. So don't snooze or you may lose!

yes I have noticed, How can you tell if they are the old price or not?

I have done all of my research and other Dis Posters have helped me. So Here is my plan for tickets for my August trip.

We will be in Disney for 9 days. I have decided to get the most value out of my tickets we are gonna buy a 7 day Park Hopper with WP&M.

Since it will be scorching Hot we will definetly go to each water park BB and TL at least once, and my daughter used to work at BB as a lifeguard and knows alot of CM's there so a 2nd trip to BB will probably happen at least for my daughter and wife if not all of us. And we love DTD and will definetly stop at Disney Quest at least once but i am sure we will be in DTD 3 times minimum.

So it is possible that we have multiple visits to DQ. So over all of the 7 water parks and more visits we should only waste a couple. AND all of the 7 Theme Park credits I am sure we will use. Basically 2 days we will have to stay out of the parks. Which is easy with water parks and alot of time we just take a day to relax by the resort pool.

OK knowing all of that the best Value on tickets is:

Buy the 5 day PH with WP&M from Undercover tourist. $347.95
Upgrade from Disney. $ 21.30
Total cost of Ticket per person is: $369.25
Total cost of (4) Tickets 7 days PH and WP&M $1477.00

After at least 1 use Upgrade at Disney Bridging the cost and the difference between a 5day price at the gate and the 7 day is $21.30 per ticket.

This is the plan and that is the cost as of right now!!! But I am going to wait until the 15th when the new Mousavers Newsletter comes out and I will use the Link to get an additional small savings. All of these discounts and strategies only save a few dollars here and there, but they all add up.

Initially I was gonna buy the 7 day off of the Disney website before the price increase and the cost was $1566.00 before tax and $1667.79 after tax.

So with alot of work and help from Dis'ers I already have the price down to $1477 Was gonna get a friends and family discount from a CM that my daughter knows, but unfortunately you can only get a maximum of the 5 day tickets. So the UT discount seems a little easier and just as much of a discount. Also I am not sure if you can Bridge a Friends and Family Discounted ticket for an upgrade.

Hi,
Can someone email me the May mousesavers newsletter?

jill.hodge(at)charter.net

Thank you!!

If you subscribe to the newsletter today you should get it on the 15th when it comes out for June.

Denise

I did subscribe, but I'm afraid they will sell out of tickets at old price. I would like to purchase today.

Thanks.

Well I officially ordered my tickets after the June newsletter came out and they still had the tickets at the old price.

SO i did just as I said I was gonna do. I bought a 5 day park hopper with WP&M which was the best discounted ticket.

The 4 tickets cost $1385 and I will upgrade my ticket to 7 days when we arrive so I can bridge the cost and get my 7 days PH & WP&M for a total of $1470

That is awesome.

I just hope I dont have trouble Bridging the cost. I have heard that certain CM's and specifically at certain locations do not like doing this or they do not know how.

Has anybody had a bad experience, OR a good one!!!

Please let me know

While actual ticket questions are best handled on the Theme Parks Advice & Strategies board :), following the latest "issues" thread Cheshire Figment updated the Eveything About WDW Tickets sticky on that board to explicitly address bridging. See post 22.

Well I got my Undercover Tourist Tickets in the mail yesterday. Bought the 5 day hopper with WP&M with intentions to upgrade and brice bridge to a 7 day after I arrive and use the tickets at least once.

The 5 day tickets cost me 1367.00 Disney will credit me $1589 with the price bridge, then charge me the difference of the 7 day which is $1674.20.

So the difference is $85.20. Making the final cost of my 7 day hopper with WP&M being $1367 + 85.20 = $1452

That is an awesome savings of $222

So people UT iS without a doubt the best option right now as long as you can still get the old price on tickets. and the 5 day PH with WP&M is the best value for price bridging.

I will repost again after I get my upgrade in the world to let you know how it went. Unless anybody else has a specific question!!!

Many thanks to the Dis'ers who taught me these tricks. Especially Cheshire Figment who is the DIS expert.
