Undercover Tourist Car Rental

Has anyone every used Undercover Tourist to rent a car/van?? I have been trying to price out a SUV for my February trip and so far UT has the best prices. I am one who likes to keep booking until the I get the lowest price I can find and would like to know how this option would play in the mix. I know you have to pre-pay, so that is my only concern.
