I purchased my tickets through UCT yesterday. Curious how long it takes to have the etickets emailed to you? I usually use LMT but wanted the maxpass included this round.

My trip isn't until April so there is no rush. I wanted to make sure I got the old discount rate since the ticket prices went up yesterday.
 
I purchased mine yesterday too. I always see others say they get their tickets within minutes. That has never been the case for me! I ordered from UT in November and there was some sort of issue and I had to call them to verify my info and then they emailed me the tickets. Yesterday, after not receiving mine for 3ish hours, I logged into my account and hit the help button and left a note asking if they needed me to verify my information again because I had not received the tickets. A little while after that I got the email with the e-tickets. I would maybe contact them and see. I know there was probably a huge rush to buy tickets yesterday with the price increase. Good luck!
 
I purchased a few 5 day hoppers with maxpass yesterday morning (it was very early , prob. before the huge rush/scramble to get the old pricing ). I was e-mailed the confirmation, and then the tickets almost instantly . Loaded them up on the Disneyland App quickly with no problems .
We leave for DL in two weeks, so maybe the "first day of use" has an effect on how fast tickets from UT may get e-mailed to customers ?

thank you that was the issue! Edited - I did have to verify information as I was a first timer to the site.

For anyone else - they said the turnaround time is 24-36 hours. She did say they have had a large number of orders ( not surprising).

I purchased through Getawaytoday and they said I would get my tickets 1 week prior to our vacation but after the price increase I got them yesterday.

No problem! It always makes me nervous when others get the email super fast and I don't! But, UT has always come through. Have a great trip!
 
Just a little something for others thinking of purchasing from UT. Yesterday when I ordered, I immediately got a text message saying that they had put 2 pending charges on my CC. One for the full amount and one for "less than 3 dollars". I was instructed to check my cc account for the smaller amount, and text the exact amount back to them. The smaller amount will not post to my card, obviously, but I thought that was an interesting way to protect from cc fraud. As soon as I texted back, I immediately got the tickets by email and I was also texted a link.

Interesting! I didn't get any message like that! I wonder if that was why there was a hold up.

I purchased 2 tickets back in November and didn't have that happen either. Maybe it had something to do with the amount, because I purchased 3 this time🤷.
 
Same experience as a few above.

1st order, created account/ordered tickets: Got email asking me to click link and verify small card charges. Slightly annoying but OK, all done online at least.

2nd order, used same account but different credit card to see if maybe the 1st bank/card was the reason for fraud protection. No email, nothing. Logged into that card and saw the small charges, so here we go again. Called/on hold 10 mins but got them approved through same process. Not as smooth.

3rd order, same account/same credit card as before (now verified?). Nothing. Call two days later, on hold 15 minutes. This time I said "cancel it." She canceled with no issues, said I would get an email confirm which I did, then said goodbye and hung up on me.

*Interesting about this being done over text now. I don't enter my cell # online so that could be the reason I never got anything (email) the 2nd and 3rd time.

I'm also baffled that some people get tickets immediately from UT. Thinking it just depends on the rep processing the order. Either way, I'm not jumping through hoops anymore. Last time I read their fine print there was nothing about this extra verification.

Never had an issue using four other resellers over the years, including new accounts/first orders. Tickets always arrive as expected.

When is your vacation? Did they send out your tickets earlier than expected? I Purchased my tickets through GAT near the end of last year, our vacation isn’t until summer. They told me they’d send out the etickets a week before our vacation.
Next day editing to add I just received my E tickets from GAT as well!

I ordered yesterday from UT & had no issues. Got the email immediately with the ticket. I did register on their site prior to going through with the purchase.
 
I bought from UT for the first time in October. Registered first. Got tickets emailed immediately and no small credit card charge. Linked immediately. No problems upgrading to FP on our last day and got bridged the full value instead of lower price I paid at UCT.
 
Mine came immediately too! But it was before the ticket price change. I'm sure they're slammed right now!
 
I've used them only twice- once last fall when I got the tickets within only an hour or two of purchase, and earlier this week. This week, more than 24 hours went by and since that had not been my experience thus far, I called.... and a LIVE PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE. I almost fainted! She looked up my order and I had the tickets (via email) within just a few minutes of that phone call.
 
I ordered WDW tickets yesterday and got them right away. Ordered DL tickets right afterwards and still waiting. Sent email at 5 pm EST today which was about 24 hours and still haven’t heard.
