I'm not sure where to post this, but since I stay on this board and the rewards board, I thought this was my best bet. Here is my problem. I have booked our vacations through Dreams Unlimited. Before I placed my deposit, there was one person that was answering all of my questions and such. She was wonderful. If I sent her an email, she would get back to me in a matter of hours. The longest that I had to wait was one day.
After I made my deposit, I was transfered to another person. That person isn't answering my emails. I have emailed her twice within the last two weeks and she never gets back to me.
Now, I don't want to complain, because what if the lady is on vacation or sick or something. I would hate to start trouble for her!
I don't think this would bother me as much if I had been to WDW before, but I have never been and I know that I can't plan this trip by myself.
What would you do?
