Uncleromulus, I'd like your opinion please

I've noticed over time that you and the Mrs., seem to have the same tastes in food, wine and beer as my DH and I. After years of eating at WDW there are still a few places we haven't tried. As I begining to plan our October trip, I would like your opinon on a few places I thought we might try on this trip. Narcossee, Bistro de France, Wolfgang Pucks (upstairs) Captain Jacks, and even though I can't find a menu yet we thought we'd try BlueZoo. Any thoughts you have on these would be appreciated. Now that I think of it I can't believe we've eaten everywhere else. If you have any other suggestions that would be very cool, too. Thanks in advance.

(LOL) . Uncleromulus is overrated . (LOL), just kidding. I can't help out on any of those restuarants, but I would suggest California Grill and Citricos to your list.

Funny--"over-rated" is exactly the term Mrs. U uses when she reads my posts.
Ah well--guess you can't please everyone.

Would like to try the Blue Zoo myself, and will do that in Sept. Never been to Wolfgangs upstairs--mostly on account of several bad reviews from folks who's taste's seem similar to my own.
Capt. Jacks sounds OK for lunch, but we've found better lunch spots in the DD area.

Bistro and Narcoosee's are two of our favorite spots--in fact, we've done Narcoosee's the last 3 trips. As Mike said, Cali Grill is nice, and I'd add Jiko's as well. We've done Jiko's the last 3 trips, and will be there again in Sept.

Thanks to both of you. We've done CG and didn't care for it. Maybe it was just an off night. We love Citricos, and Jikos is a favorite of ours but we did both on our October trip. Just looking for something new and exciting. Once again it will be a wedding anniversary trip this October.

Went to Captain Jacks for lunch in early December. Sat at a table in the round bar section. We were able to view all the boats coming into Pleaure Island. It was quiet and relaxing. Prices seemed reasonable for Disney standards. Food and drinks were good. If you were in the area at lunch time pay it a visit.
