Uncle Scrooge??

My uncle is Uncle Scrooge's biggest fan! We've heard the only time to meet him is at Christmas time.

Does anyone know where we might have luck finding him? This would seriously be a dream come true for my uncle

Actually, I think he only appears during the Christmas parties which have ended.
