I missed a day too (what a greedy piggie I am LOL).
Tried to book @
AAA or rack w/o success, rooms have been pulled from the system.
CRO said it was a matter of "incorrect rates" & that letters will be sent out informing guests of same & the correct amount they need to pay to be able to utilize the res.
I asked if they were going to honor my rate as paid in full & was told no, since it was a mistake.
When I asked if the pkg could be linked, I was told "...there was no need to...", CM was frustrated & so was I.
I've got my emails & res. info from site printed out...wonder if they'll do me any good.
