Unable to use ph code for stay at YCR for 7/24 stay

Tried to get code for passholder rate for Yacht Beach Resort for our 7/24-7/29.
Is it because we have a 2 bdrm suite?
Any ideas?

Probably, suites are usually not included.

However, passholder rates are NOT guranteed and if there aren't rooms at the hotel "coded" for Passholders then it doesn't matter that you have an AP. In other words, IF Disney thinks it can sell all the remaining YC rooms at rack rate, it isn't offering a discount.


You could call back and ask for two rooms at the AP rate (no suite) you could try for rooms at other hotels (probably no suites however) There are AP rates on some "suites" (Villas) at OKW and SSR.
