Unable to retrieve reservation

Me too - there’s a note on the website about there being some issues so hopefully it’ll be resolved soon.
 
I have been getting this message for a few days. Once in a while I get on, but then activities/dining I booked previously were only partially there. I am calling to see what's up.
 
The CM said she wasn't aware of widespread issues and sent me to the website resolution team. They ended up putting in an IT ticket for all four of our linked reservations. Annoying...she had me clear cookies and browser data, and I said that isn't it because I used multiple computers, multiple browsers, Incognito/InPrivate modes, and the app also wasn't working. She said it isn't a widespread problem, "but it is happening to more people than we would like".

That's an excuse, not a personal problem. I use probably 4 computers and 2 phones to work on my reservations. A website shouldn't have a problem with this. Having you clear your cookies for "a fix" while they work on their site is acceptable, but making you do it regularly is a pain and shouldn't be the norm. Plus, how do you remove cookies on a phone?

How many profiles are linked across the 4 reservations? I'm wondering if there's a data limit that is getting hit, because it's linking however many profiles with various histories all at the same time. I know over on the parks side, people had to create new MDE accounts because their accounts had so much history it hit some magic heretofore undiscovered limit.
 
I have been having the same issue since Thursday (March 5th). I only use my iPhone. Sometimes I can access but my already booked items show up randomly if I can get in at all. I have tried restarting my phone several times but that doesn’t seem to have any bearing on accessibility

Four reservations, 4 profiles. She looked for duplicate accounts, etc. but that didn't resolve it.
 
This problem of not seeing your excursions or even being able to access your reservation has been going on sinch Thurs 3/5. My daughter and son have reservations linked to mine and they are having the same problem. Sometimes we can see our books excursions, sometimes just some of them, sometimes none of them. It has become very frustrating as it has gone on for so many days.

Exactly what is happening to my family and it started then, too. The IT person said they had a systems update, but that the issue "wasn't widespread".

Then I closed and opened the app, restarted my phone, and a few showed up. Sometimes nothing, sometimes some and my daughters have the same issue. Does anyone know for sure if it doesn’t show up in the app is it still there??? When do we panic?

I had the same issue. I called in and the IT person was able to see some reservations that I couldn't, so I THINK they are still there. But I really hate intermittent random issues, they are hard to pin down!

It’s so strange because both of my daughters can see different things that we have collectively booked. So we all have issues. I am most concerned about making sure everything is still there! Very frustrating before leaving on the cruise. Also I failed to mention that at least half the time I can’t even open the DCL or wdw app. Just get the spinning circle of death. The only thing that seems to help is to close the app and then reopen it and usually that allows it to launch. Quite the mess!

Same thing with four people on our linked reservations. Fortunately, we had already booked during our booking window. Computer and iPad browsers (multiple kinds) don't work, InCognito/InPrivate don't work, app doesn't work. I wonder what they were trying to fix that broke things.
