Unable to retrieve reservation

Me too - there’s a note on the website about there being some issues so hopefully it’ll be resolved soon.
 
I have been getting this message for a few days. Once in a while I get on, but then activities/dining I booked previously were only partially there. I am calling to see what's up.
 
The CM said she wasn't aware of widespread issues and sent me to the website resolution team. They ended up putting in an IT ticket for all four of our linked reservations. Annoying...she had me clear cookies and browser data, and I said that isn't it because I used multiple computers, multiple browsers, Incognito/InPrivate modes, and the app also wasn't working. She said it isn't a widespread problem, "but it is happening to more people than we would like".

That's an excuse, not a personal problem. I use probably 4 computers and 2 phones to work on my reservations. A website shouldn't have a problem with this. Having you clear your cookies for "a fix" while they work on their site is acceptable, but making you do it regularly is a pain and shouldn't be the norm. Plus, how do you remove cookies on a phone?

As someone who manned the library tech help desk a million years ago, they're always going to start with that because it's the modern day equivalent to "is it plugged in?".


How many profiles are linked across the 4 reservations? I'm wondering if there's a data limit that is getting hit, because it's linking however many profiles with various histories all at the same time. I know over on the parks side, people had to create new MDE accounts because their accounts had so much history it hit some magic heretofore undiscovered limit.
 
I have been having the same issue since Thursday (March 5th). I only use my iPhone. Sometimes I can access but my already booked items show up randomly if I can get in at all. I have tried restarting my phone several times but that doesn’t seem to have any bearing on accessibility

Four reservations, 4 profiles. She looked for duplicate accounts, etc. but that didn't resolve it.
