The CM said she wasn't aware of widespread issues and sent me to the website resolution team. They ended up putting in an IT ticket for all four of our linked reservations. Annoying...she had me clear cookies and browser data, and I said that isn't it because I used multiple computers, multiple browsers, Incognito/InPrivate modes, and the app also wasn't working. She said it isn't a widespread problem, "but it is happening to more people than we would like".
