Unable to renew Universal annual pass?

Hey guys. My pass expired in early 2017. I had the Power Pass and would like to renew again for this same pass. However when I try to input the number of my old plastic pass online, it says it won’t go through. So is this worth a call to Universal or have I waited too long to renew so the discounted renewal price isn’t valid anymore? Any tips welcome!

Ap’s expire after one year.

But they do have a clause to be able to renew 30 days after expiration.

So you are still 3 years too late in renewing.
