Unable to Play!

I've been trying for weeks to be able to access the VMK game. For some reason I get a black screen.

I've tried uninstalling Shockwave, reinstalling new version, update my web browser, etc...no luck - have followed all of shockwave's hints w/o success. (I'm running Windows XP, 56 speed dial up).

If you've go any hints, fire away!

Additionally, I'm dying to go on the Haunted Mansion Insider Tour in Dec. I know you can earn points via the game but heard there is also a way to obtain @ MK via 3 brochures w/multiple choice questions. You complete & return for the tour (I think).

Any one familiar w/the "brochure way" to obtain the tour?

Any knowledge of how many questions need to be answered for each brochure & the difficulty of completion?

Not to take the low road, anyone want to share?

I have no clue what's wrong with your computer or how to even begin fixing it, But I will tell you one thing... You won't be able to do the Haunted Mansion tour in December. By then, They'll have switched it to the Pirates Of The Carribean tour. I hope that doesn't effect you wanting to do the tour. It's still a very cool thing to do. I just thought I'd tell you before you got your hopes too high up on doing that exact tour.

what browser are yu using? Firefox doesnt work well..IE is a bit slow so i use netscape

Any tour would be great by me! Trying to download the MK brochure from the site.

Finally got everything to load, now I just got to figure out how to play - I'm lost!

Using netscape, think it's my slow dial-up connection causing problems...another reason to switch to DSL IMO.
