I am more than three weeks away from my reservation date but when I try to modify the reservation on the MDE app I'm getting a message that reads:
Unable to Modify
Please call to Modify
Your reservation has already started. You aren't able to modify online or in the app.
For assistance call....
Charges may apply....
Clearly my reservation hasn't started. I know that technical issues are not rare, but has anybody experienced this particular issue?
