My youngest daughters account hasn't been able to log into VMK since last week. I called and waited on hold with blasting music for about 20 minutes. I did get a lady and she looked into my daughters account and then said email and I told her I had and the email gave me the members number listed in previous posts. She said oh, well I guess I could look into it again. While I was on hold again, I logged my daughter in

So if your having a problem and know it's not a vmk ban, than I say call them and don't hang up until it's fixed. I'm sure most will say email member services, but they can fix it while your on the phone!!!
