Unable to book with DU

So, we have a DCL reservation booked through DU. I tried to request a room only quote for the day before the cruise but I keep getting an error message (see below) . Should I book the room myself? or just wait to hear back from my TA? My concern is that the rooms appear to be filling up quick as we are traveling during Halloween season. We went to book a little mermaid room at AOA but its not available anymore.

What should I do?

IMO there is zero reason to book a room-only through a TA. Just book it yourself.

One night, room-only? I'd just book it myself and be done with it. If you book online while logged into your MDE account, the reservation will link automatically. Your only issue will be ground transportation. You may need to set up DME yourself and then transportation from your resort to the port if you don't have a car.

If you have an existing reservation with an agency, it is always best to contact your TA directly and not go through the quote-request system.

Can you just email the agent you have been working with? This most likely would be quicker then submitting a quote request.

For one night I always book direct.

Direct, no question about it. And, don't wait. It's CRAZY busy around H'ween this year. We somehow poached a room yesterday...but prior to yesterday, no availability had been showing for weeks.
