unable to book on phone with CM...he said system down

I waited 20 mins on hold to be told I couldnt book anything because the system is down. how are u guys booking ???? dont want rooms to book out!!

Of course, availability depends on your travel dates and resorts you are looking at, but this is the 3rd year we are booking this discount and I've never had trouble getting my dates and resort I want. So if you can be a little flexible, I wouldn't stress too much!

I *was* able to book on the phone this morning about 20 minutes ago, so keep trying!
