Are you SURE today is your 60 day mark? When is your check in date and are you staying on site?

Have you checked your reservation date? You can use a planning calculator like this one to confirm that it is today.

Are you staying onsite or off? Onsite is 60 days, off is 30 days.
Are you r tickets linked to your MDE account?
Was it before the reservation system opened for the day? The reservation system opens at 7am est.

If you did everything right then perhaps it's a bug in the system and to just keep checking back. Good luck.

It opens at 7:00 am eastern. Yes, there is a difference. Right now, 7:00 am est is actually 8:00 am in Florida, since daylight savings time is being observed.

Did you try logging in to your account again? Often times, the top of my screen says Welcome with my name, but I'm not actually logged in. Log out, then log back in and see if it works.

Most of Florida is on Eastern time. And they observe daylight savings time. 8:00 AM on the East Coast is 8:00 AM for most of Florida, Orlando included. Only part of the panhandle is on Central Time.

EST versus EDT versus "Eastern Time." They're all different but often used interchangeably. Disney operates on local Orlando time.

If you sign on to MDE do you see your name, everyone in your party, your reservation and all tickets under the heading Reservations and Tickets?

The system is crashing for some reason. I was trying to book a fastpass for this weekend (just testing) and kept getting the Olaf page.

I had this problem on Friday trying to book things for my dd and her boyfriend who just got their tickets for our upcoming trip. I was able to book through the App, but not the website. So make sure to try both.

On my 60 day fp morning the website wouldn't let me do it either. It kept saying you can book on July 21 (it was after 7am on July 21).

I quickly went to the app and booked my whole trip fp no problem.

I have been getting Olaf since yesterday. It could be that the site is down yet again. I am worried about this happening when we are in the park trying to get 4+ FP.

I've been getting the Olaf page for several days when I try to use the website. I booked my FP+ on my phone app with no problems.

If you are having problems with the desktop web site be sure to also try the App. I have seen firsthand differences where the desktop is wrong and the app works..
