Um, what's a VCP?

I feel a little silly here, but I see in the amenities listing for the Marriott Royal Palms that the villas have VCPs. So, um, what the heck is a VCP? Should I be glad I have one?

How funny -- that didn't even occur to me, I always think of those as VCRs. But I guess if you can't (or don't) record, they'd be VCPs.
