Um, can you eat Ruffles Light chips? (formerly WOW chips)

I can't.

They have that Olestra in them. (Olean) And I'm one of the lucky people that it bothers. It's Wow alright, just not the good wow.

I ate a bunch last night and have been yucky (sick to stomach) all day!!

On the bright side, I sure didn't eat too much today!!

Yep, the Olestra doesn't bother me. I don't eat them often though, I prefer baked chips.

I have 1 serving of them (either the potato chips or nachos), usually 4 days a week with no problem.

When they first came out - I heard what the effects can be and decided to never try them!!! Yuck!

My DH insisted they were different now. I told him they looked like they had the same ingredients in them, but he talked me into eating them.

The next day I shouted to him from the bathroom that they were indeed the same poop chips.

I eat them and have no problem. I am careful not to have more than a serving or two at a time as I don't want to find out what might happen if I overindulge!
