**ultimate upgrade to annual pass **

Just checkin in from a very hot and sunny Florida!!
I upgraded my 21 day ultimate ticket to an annual yesterday on the first day of use of the ultimate.
It cost $93 to upgrade to the annual, also if you take your parking pass with you- you will be re-embursed the $14 for that as well.
I didn't have my parking pass with me so she gave me a ref number and i can go to any guest relations and claim back the $14

Disney UK have a price of £259 for 21 day ticket this year, at todays rate thats $405

Todays prices for an AP are $552.74 or $691.19 for a PAP.

$405 + $93 = $498, even for a regular AP thats sounds a great deal, its actually nearer the renewal rate($510.14) I wonder if they treat it as a renewal?

Just what I needed to know Jeanette. Hope you are having a fab time. Does anyone know if I upgrade charlottes who is 9 will I have to renew when she is ten or will I just buy an adult one this time

All Disney tickets work on age on the day of first use. You buy a child AP now and it runs until it expires in 1 year. I suppose if you really wanted you could go have it changed to an adult AP after she has turned 10, they wouldn't charge but personally I wouldn't bother.

Yes you can but I have read some have been advised on waiting until your last day when your pass expires as there can be issues with the dining credits.
