UK TGV Site

Just wondered if anyone had booked their Eurostar tickets from this site which appears to be the French Site rather than the English Site.

I went through to get a price for Oct from London to Disney on the direct service and it has quoted me £32.50 each way and also it allocates your carriage and seats at the end of the booking before you confirm and give payment details. It does give you a drop down menu and asks if you want to be sat around a table or in the family seating area but I left this blank.

Am trying to hang out and see if Easyjet might be cheaper when they release their tickets but wondered if this was really kosher as might work out cheaper than the plane!!

Given the problems that some DISers have experienced with family groups being split up on the train, that's fabulous news but begs the question why we can't do that on the UK Eurostar site.

I'm sure the price will be right Fiona - other forum members here have said in the recent past their tickets were £32.50 each way, booked enough in advance, and in low season.

we paid a similar price after i rang eurostar direct and they book the tgv tickets too (as think they are all part of same company). If we had booked online, it would have cost a lot more!I always prefer talking to someone who knows if i'm not sure!

I paid £32.50 each way for our trip in September, not sure if thats the cheapest seat as my return seat home tomorrow was only £29.50.

I've tried using this site in the past but it always let me get right to the end then would say there were no seats available for my journey.
