uk reservation & ddp issue

I have booked okw with free ddp. When I try to make adrs by phone the cast member can't find my reservation on the US system. On the one occasion they did, I was told I do not have free ddp. When I checked with the UK system, I do have free ddp. Any views on what is happening? Is it due to their computer probs?

Give your tour operator a call and ask for your reservation number, this will be quite long, from recall 16 digits. You could also try to book ADR,s online this can be easier to do

Getting to do ADR's online and linking your hotel is not as easy this year as in the past, we used to be able to ring Tour Ops and get the 12 Digit number, that doesn't work anymore, you have to get a 3 letter & 5 digit code, unfortunately this is only available if you book direct with Disney, the resy of us booked thru other agents can't get it(odd one has posted Charter travel has managed to supply)
You can still book ADR's online but without linking, problem with that is now many need to pay upfront if you don't link.

Many are also finding it difficult to get on US site and see their hotel booking, I tried a few nights ago and it took about 12 attemps before it allowed me in.

It took all the fun out of doing ADR's this year, been great past few years being able to do them online.
