UK folks staying offsite - Tickets, FP+ and MB questions

I have friends coming next month. They are planning to visit DW two days during their time in Florida, and are staying offsite. Questions are:

1) Can I buy the tickets for them, and then send them the ticket #s to add to their MDE? It looks like it may be less expensive for them to have US tickets than UK ones.

2) If I buy their tickets online, will they automatically be linked to my MDE account?

3) Once they have the ticket #s, they should be able to input into their MDE account and reserve FP+, correct?

4) How do they do FP+ without a magic band? During my trip last month, I saw folks with paper forms.

5) They can buy magic bands when they arrive, correct? And it will then link to their MDE and FP+ reservations?

Keep in mind, I realize this is all subject to MDE/FP+ glitches.

3) Yes.

4) Plastic park tickets have RFID chips inside. They work just like the MagicBands for park entry, WDW resort room doors,
charging items, and FP+.

5) Correct. Yes.
(However, the MagiciBands are not required. Guests can operate just using the plastic tickets.)

2. You can tell them you don't want them linked to your account, I assume. Not sure how that works but I assume that there are those who wish to buy tickets as a gift for someone else.

4. They can use a plastic RFID ticket (which you will probably have to give to them)
5. Yes they can buy bands and when they buy the bands they will be linked to their MDX.
