Hi, Just a quick question.

I am looking to amend my booking, when I originally made the booking I called a number and got a uk call centre, I couldnt remember how I got the number to do this???

I have since rang again twice on 08448 003244 and have got american call centre. I am worried I am calling america and my home phone bill will be massive, does anyone know what number I should be calling. I also phoned the one on the useful contacts thread and it just beeped and didnt ring??

Sorry, I am a worrier!!!

Thanks :)

Don't worry, the Americans on the 08448 number are the right people - you are not being charged for calling America on that number - thats a standard UK business rate number, with standard UK business rate charges :).

Hi, Thanks for putting my mind at rest, I dont know how I spoke to the other person the first time!!! As long as Im not phoning America!! :rotfl:

Thanks :)

Is the number above a UK number then? Have tried calling DLP on numerous occasions English is fantastic (much better than I could ever speak French) but I've found it a little frustrating sometimes and often struggle to get what I'm trying to say across easily! VERY typically British I know! :(

Are the operators on that number British/American?

The operators on that number are Americans as it's in Florida (although as already said you're not charged international dialling rates). It's always best to phone Central Reservations in DLP on 00 33 1 60 30 60 53 as it's in the park itself whereas in Florida it's just a call centre.
