He, he I hadn't thought of that :teeth:

Anyone else? Has anyone been before and can share their experiences??

This is from my trippie from last Christmas

MVMCP

On our first morning, while in the food court having breakfast at the Pop Century, I surprised everyone by telling them that tonight we are going to MVMCP and before that we would be having dinner at the Crystal Palace. I can’t believe that I had managed to keep it a secret for so long (I bought the tickets in the Summer).

So we entered about 3.30pm (on our Annual Passes), we had a wander around and went to see Mickey’s Philharmagic, unfortunately it was had been drizzling on and off that afternoon and it was getting a little cool, but that was the only downer. We checked in at the Crystal Palace for our 5.10pm reservation and within 10 minutes we were at our table. We had only been to the CP once before and that was for breakfast, so we weren’t too sure if we’d enjoy it. Well the food was lovely, I had fruit to start with, then I had hand carved turkey with mash and veggies and to finish off I tried about 4 or 5 different desserts which were delicious, one was even made with Bailey’s !! Paul and the girls ate well too.

We saw all the characters, Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eyeore and had photos with them.

It appeared that we were one of the last families to be seated as we were not rushed at all and by 6.45pm the place was empty. We then went off to get our wristbands (in the Rose Garden) and then we went to have our photo taken in Tomorrowland (which had arrived home before us). I didn’t think that the Magic Kingdom was that busy (except during the parade), we headed over to Frontierland and had some cocoa and cookies (I didn’t have any room for one – I wonder why ??!!) and we saw Woody and Bullseye and we ran into Jessie too. We rode Big Thunder Mountain, we saw Chip & Dale, rode Stitch’s Great Escape, saw some of the parade and watched the holiday Wishes which was beautiful, unfortunately we were absolutely shattered and had to leave early, but despite the drizzle we’d had a great time

Just booked ours for the 18th December and I'm so excited

We have always done MNSSHP and love it so if it's anything like that I'm really looking forward to it. :teeth:

We have our tickets booked - I'd be interested to hear how you fit the party in with your touring plans - I'm usually beat by about 10pm and as we're celebrating my birthday at the party I'm determined to stay until the end!

Do you have a rest day on the party day or the day after?

:Pinkbounc

Rosie what date are you going I will add you to the list :)

We tend to take it easy on a party day. Maybe go to a park in the morning but rest in the afternoon.
