So I have been really good on my diet today, I took Mandy's advice and stood up whilst I eat everything, along with my Diet Coke, you know...I can feel the weight dropping off me as we speak

I will prob get the train from Reading it is a direct train and takes about 1 hour 40 so those coming from London/Kent way might come through Reading so I can meet you on the train.
