Ah perhaps thats it then as I've always booked through Disney directly on their UK website so always paid in £s.

Thanks for the tip, I've always booked directly through Disney and not considered using a travel agent (certainly a UK one).

Once it's booked can you access your booking through the Disney website or does it all have to be done through the agent? What about picking your cabin and adding your Castaway Club number, does the agent do that too?

When I phoned to book I told the travel agent the exact cabin number I wanted and gave our CC numbers.
The Coop don't book direct with DCL themselves, they go through another agent. Although the Coop agent came back to me quickly, I already knew it had been booked and that I'd got the cabin I wanted because I could see it on my CC account on the DCL website!
