Wasn't JJ Penguin on holiday this week. so as far as the rules are concerned if you know you will be on holiday the week after don't enter the competion for the week before? Perhaps it would make sense that you can't enter the competition unless you vote in the current week's voting??? Not sure I have understood though!!

Susan, there was a thread which Deb posted last week regarding entering and voting. The way it goes is that if you enter this week's competition, you must vote for last weeks - as the voting is open at the same time as the new week's competition, it is fairly easy to do.

Deb, hate to turn this voting thread into a re-iteration of the rules but, personally, I think those people who have voted for the entries which have been 'disqualified' should vote again/choose another picture/whatever.
