UK Booking

My son in law is from England. I was wondering if he would be able to book thru the UK site to receive the free dining for January. He lives in the US now but is still a citizen of the UK. Could he book for all of us?

Thanks for the link. I just talked to Disney reservations and was told that you need to reside in the UK to be able to book the free dining.
Oh well.........it was worth a try.
