Uk Booking through US site

Hello,

I have been on the dis US site and tried to log on to their manage booking but it says my booking number isnt long enough is this because as UK customers we can not access this site or am I using the wrong number

and

I rang and booked our magical express do i get any confrimation that it is booked I have been on the UK site and logged in to see what we have booked but no show off magical express should i ring and book again or is this what normally happens

Disney UK reference numbers don't work on the US website but your booking will have a 12 digit US reference number attached which people seem to have got either by ringing Disney in the UK or the US (I haven't tried to get mine yet but plan on ringing the UK line first, if that doesn't work i'll try the US!) Even with the US reference number i'm not sure if Disney UK bookings can be accessed on the US site, but the number is supposed to be handy for making ADRs on the phone for the 90+10 privelige so it's good to have
