Uhhh wasent there 4 quests going on?

When i first logged on today the hat quest said 3/4 and i didnt wanna bother looking at the 4th. Did they shut one down?

it must have been a mistake. when I logged on there were only three quests with the hat being the last. The other three quests are happening this weekend one per day.
