How 'bout sucking on hard peppermints, or slowly sipping herbal peppermint tea, or sipping hot tea with lemon, and honey, or apeppermint steam.
Peppermint Steam
This is a refreashing, soothing, energizing steam. It is good for soothing sore throats, and breaking up colds
4 cups warm tap water
4 mint tea bags/ ahandful of freash mint,crushed
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and remove from heat.
Add the mint and let it steep for a minute before adding another 2 cups of water.
Instructions
The steam should not be hotter than 104 degrees F
Pull your hair back off your face and lean over the bowl,drape atowel over your head and the bowl to catch the steAM, INHALE DEAPLY. Relax and sooth your throat for about 10 minutes.
