I guess it doesn't matter where you live you think the weather is bad. I live in sunny souther california and let me tell you unless your house is actually ocean front it SUCKS. I have lived in carlsbad less then 2 miles from the ocean with no air and thought I would die a few times. I now live further inland with air and it runs non stop. It is on right now. I would happily take some cold weather and evehen snow. I have gone to our local mountains in the snow in flip flops no kidding. I have been pretty cold a few times,, once in Amshe terdam in Dec, once stuck in a blizzard on a ski lift at Mammoth Mountain and once during a record ice storm back in NY and the entire easter seaboard. Other then that I don't give a crap how cold it is, I can deal with it. It's the constant heat and blazing sun here that gets me. I don't even understand how Disneyland or Disneyworld for that matter have peak seasons in the summer. One summer at animal kingdom park in Orlando I got so sick from the heat my husband litterally sprinted to the waterstand and came back with as many bottles as he could carry. I was in Vegas last week and it was hotter then hell too.
We go up to the mountains next month for my sons football game and I am hoping it snows as I have a great manicure and some cute flip flops to wear!!
