Uh Oh...twice in one year

I booked a flight last week which, if I decide to go, will be my tenth trip this year.

I have to catch up to you! :) Tomorrow I am leaving for our 7th trip since last April! We built a house near Disney and I just keep telling my dh I have to go "check up on the place"!

I thought all those people who could go more than once a year were lucky and that it would never be me thennnnn I went in Oct of 2002 and then without anybody knowing it sneaked off with dd in May of 03....I left behind some clever e mailed ahead of time clues and before we landed my mom had called several times to my cell to say she's figured out where we were and was I crazy we were just there in the fall!!?? so then in 2004 we went only once and in 2005 I got an annual pass and from June 10th 2005 to June 10th of 2006 we made 3 trips and spent a total of about 21 days in the parks. At this point nobody even says anything to me they just know thats where we go. I am now bummed because the AP expired yesterday and I don't have anything in the works...looking at a frist trip to DL. So I am now a member of the more then once a year club it won't be a habit but it's great to know I figured out how I can get it done. it's not a bad thing they just don't understand...but then I don't get the Gatlinburg thing.

We bought two weeks at out timeshare so we will be going twice a year also. Wish we could go more often, but airfare for five can get crazy. Maybe when the kids are older, we will chance a drive down for a third week, until then two weeks for us.

Pile on the pixie dust :wizard: pixiedust: , because I'm finalizing my "presentation" to dh tomorrow morning at breakfast (out in public of course so I can get his undivided attention!!) for why we need to go back to the world just the 2 of us after we "just got back" from a trip we snuck in at the end of April! I'm hoping for the end of October for my 35th birthday and I'm really hoping he'll say yes to MNSSHP on our arrival day...I'm using the arguement that we'll save a park day on our tickets by buying these tickets instead. :teeth:

I really don't think I'm going to have too much arm-twisting going on...I think he actually really wants to go back to, just the 2 of us. :love2: Even my mom is all for it...she's already written the babysitting into her calendar and turned down tickets to the Dixie Chicks for that week (she doesn't like them enough to pay $100 a ticket). It'll just be a 3 night trip, but we'll fly in early and fly out late, so it'll feel like a full 4 days.

I've actually already made the room-only ressie at POP :ssst: , but I'm really hoping to hear back about renting points from a DVC member and stay at OKW in a studio. We really looked into buying into DVC a while back but we just can't do it at this stage in the game. I'm sure I'll start regretting it right away if we end up staying there.

And we're hoping the timing will be right  and maybe we'll be able to say years from now that Connor was a Daytona beach baby :sunny: and #2 was a Disney baby!!! princess: I think that's the part that will clinch my arguement for sure.

Hoping I'll be adding to my siggie tomorrow night!! :yay:

We are going on our 3rd trip in just over a year in Sept for my dd's 4th birthday. princess: We went last June and again in Jan and with free dining we just couldn't stay away. :woohoo:

My family thinks we're nuts, but we don't care. Our dd talks about our trips to WDW all the time and is always asking when we can go again. These are the memories we are going to have for a lifetime.

Are you kidding? I'd love to go more often, and I think most people who visit these boards would tell you similarly. :thumbsup2

You're so lucky!!!
