Uh oh! The dreams have begun...

I have 8 months to go and I am dreaming about my cruise...
It was a bad dream...
I dreamed we went to the lifeboat drill just as the ship was taking off and I got violently seasick- DH gave me a pill and told me to go lie down- Next thing I know he is teliing me to wake up- the cruise is over!!! I missed the whole thing- but they all had a splendid time.
(I bet DH even went Palo's without me, that creep)
I think it's that commercial with the guy sleeping all the time that did it to me.

My DH had a dream that we were boarding and that we had to work on the ship instead of vacation. He said that I told him that after we boarded. He said that it seemed so real. I reassured him that will not be the case! I haven't had any yet. I am sure they are coming!

...on our honeymoon no less!

During dinner the first night I had to leave ill and the medicine they gave me aboard the ship made me sleep. I slept through Saturday night, Sunday and Monday.

Thank goodness it was a 7 day cruise. The second cruise I took Bonine and was fine with no sleepiness.

Man, I was bummed about losing two full days to sleeping!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I had a dream very similar a couple nights ago. I dreamt I came home from our cruise and couldn't remember ANYTHING! All I did know for sure was I missed dining EVERY night! Friends would ask how the cruise was and I'd reply...... Um, I don't remember It was a nightmare!!

That is what I was most upset about in my dream- (notice the comment about Palo's) I was really bummed that I missed animators

We had one of those typical nightmares come true, although it was on an RCCL cruise rather than Disney. Back in the days before 9/11, we would fly in the morning of our cruise, which meant getting up VERY early. We were flying American to Miami, and hubby and I were both half asleep as we sat waiting for boarding to be called. Time kept passing with no call, and finally he went to ask and discovered we were at the wrong gate!!! We realized that just as our plane was pulling out...we had missed it!!! American was absolutely super about getting us on the next flight out. They even paid someone to give up their seat so we could get to our cruise. I was impressed by their great customer service, especially since it was our mistake. This is one reason why we prefer to fly in the night before now.
