Uh Oh last years tax return

Thinking I would save some money I want to do them myself this year, standard deductions, nothing complicated at all BUT I can't find last years tax return
I know I'll need last years info Had H&R Block do them the last several years when there were things I couldn't handle
Sure I can get a copy of it from them anyone know if there will be a charge & if so about how much.

I probably could have gotten one from the IRS directly but since I waited until now its probably too late for that option (I am kicking myself for putting things off)

Any suggestions? TIA

You don't need the entire thing. You just need your pin or AGI. I was able to call the IRS and get mine. It took less than 5 minutes.

I just called the 800 # and low and behold no surprise in this day & age I was able to get the PIN from the automated system I thank you SO much for your help and boy did I learn a big lesson (Maybe we helped someone else here too)

FYI: If filing a joint return electronically both spouses will need a EF PIN I had to call back to get the other one thought I'd add that in case there was anyone else here in our situation

For future reference, if H&R Block did them last year, you could've pulled your return yourself online. Set up your own account at myaccount.hrblock.com and you can print your last 3 years of returns.

Thanks so much, I am usuallly the most organized detail oriented person you could ever know BUT end of March last year the car caught on fire ( a day after the filing) and it went up in flames, along with a couple bales of hay, thank God I pulled over before the actual flames but until this year totally forgot that paperwork was in it I appreciate all the assistance KNEW I could count on fellow Dissers
