Uh Oh! DISNEY CROCS/ Dick's Sporting Good's Help!

Guess I will be returning some Croc's when they get here.

Also... I made two seperate orders. One is on the way (wrong size :sad2: ) and then Dick's emailed me Tuesday stating that my address was incorrect and they could not process the order. I called and they told me that they cancelled the order. I was at work so I didn't press farther. Now that I've had time to think, the 20%off coupon is expired and I don't know if I can use the $10 Google checkout since I used it already for the order. I should have asked why they couldn't hold my order until more came in. I went on their website today and the size that I ordered is there so what's the problem? :confused3

your best bet it to resell the wrong sizes on ebay.

Does anyone know if you can use a different e-mail address for the Google checkout and still get the $10 off?

While someone else said "yes", my experience is "no". I tried this because DH & I had both already set up Google accounts, so I set up another Google account with another email, and my order was cancelled. I tried again, and it was also cancelled (without sending any email notice about cancelling it). I finally figured it out, and just ordered without the Google $10 discount. So, I say you can try, but don't be surprised if it doesn't work.

I haven't done this at Dick's but I have purchased online at Walmart and did an exchange at the actual store. I had all my paperwork from my online purchase. Good Luck.

YES, but I would use a different credit card as well.

My son's crocs were shipped on Feb 27 with another Google Checkout account. I received my CROCS last week!

All of the paperwork says no in store returns:mad:

Hi, I am new to posting on the boards. I have read them for awhile though. I just wanted to remind you that the Entertainment book does have coupons in it for Dicks. For those of you that plan on going to Dicks to get your crocs. This will come in handy if your gettting a couple pairs or if your adding some kind of bag for the trip. We are going in June and I have loved reading all of your ideas. Thanks!!! :cool1:

I did the same thing, but haven't returned them yet. The sizing is a bit confusing isn't it?

Me too. I checked the Dicks sizing page too and it is VERY misleading in that particular sizing category. My daughter wears a 4 in kids and that is what the website said to order. I think they should change it to toddler or infant or something as to not confuse people.

My daughter was sad because they are the ONLY Croc's she will agree to wear but we were cracking up because they are so tiny! I almost want to keep them because they are so darn cute but that would be just a waste. So I'm sending them back. I'm kind of irritated on the Disney Croc's sizing. I looked on the Croc's site and they list an adult XS which would be perfect but it's not available on the sizes that you can choose to order :confused3 . It's also not available anywhere on any site that I can find. So now I'm not sure whether to order her the childs 3's or adult SM because I'm afraid one will be too small and the other too big....dilemas dilemas :headache:

last may we tried umbrella dbl for 4 ds(55lbs) & ds 15 mths..worked great & kids could nap as it laid down HOWEVER....i had 2 steroid shots & summer of PT (over $300 in copays) & STILL ended up having surgery 2 weeks ago from TENNIS or as i call it,stroller elbow WHICH started on that trip! After over $1k, I WILL consider paying out for dis stroller some for upcoming may trip,,,,pt is...paying out may be worth it depending on size of kids OR start a stroller exchange thread...i might be interested in that 1!

yeah, that's definitely OT. Now how about the Entertainment Book's Dick's coupon?

My DD has the childs 3, but I think they are a tad small for her, so I too, ordered the 4/5. DD is 6 and wears a size 2 in kids. I don't think the adult's smaller size will fit her though. Is there really not a size in between these 2 for kids her age??

The adult ones have XS which is listed as a 4-5 so that would be the next size up from the kids sz 3.

Coupons are only good in stores. But if you have one close by it may come in handy. $10 off of $50, $15 off $75, $20 off $100.

I think the sizing is a little weird! As I posted earlier I ordered the 4/5's too for my 9yo DD who wears a pretty solid 4 in kids (she has skinny little feet). Over the weekend we went hunting for some pink ones since I can't seem to find any of the Disney ones in adult sizes anywhere (in XS) and she ended up in a womens 6 (men 4) in the Caymans style (hot pink of course). Those definitely seem more narrow and not so roomy like the Beach style. She decided that since we couldn't find the right ones online and to not chance that we wouldn't have them for our April trip we just got her the non-Disney ones and bought some jibbitz...which are really cute once I read how the heck you get them in those tiny little holes! (then felt really dumb, cause how easy was that! :upsidedow )

She is in heaven now. My dh and DS just kept laughing at us all weekend 'cause neither of us took ours off once since they are SO comfy! I say laugh it up boys...'cause who's gonna be laughin' when us two are raring to go and their feet are killing them when we are in WDW next month! :lmao:

I'm just curious... why would both of you order a child's size 4/5 (which is indeed a toddler size) if your children wear a 1.5 or a 2.5? My DD8 wears a size 2.5, I wouldn't order her a 4/5, I ordered her a child's 2 and they fit perfectly.

If you know how kids shoes sizes work, this should not be confusing. Kids shoes start in toddler sizes up to about a 13, then start over at a child's size 1 and go up to about 3, then they start wearing adult sizes. This is not just for Crocs, it's pretty standard for all shoes.

Child sizes do start at size 1, but they go higher than a 3. My son wears a 4 in kids sneakers and my older son wears a 6. The kids/Youth section in a store like Dick's usually has toddler 11, 12, 13 and kids sizes 1-6 in most of their kids shoes. I was able to get my son the Under Armour cleats he wanted for lacrosse in a size 6- Youth size and more importantly-price! That was the highest the youth sizes for Under Armour cleats went though. I guess next year it's adult prices, bummer for me.

Maybe go to a Dick's store and see if they can exchange them? Plus, you can try different sizes on her feet. A child 4/5 would be really huge on a kid that wears a 1-2.5.

Just adding that you can sign up for the Dick's Score card for free. I get $10 coupons from them all the time, plus extra things like bonus point cert if you use your score card during a certain time period. We buy tons of stuff at Dicks-shoes, cleats, football stuff, lacrosse and baseball stuff, clothing. It's DH's favorite store. In fact, I bought Crocs there last week when I went in to buy new sneakers.

I had problems, too! I ordered my DD8 a size 3 (since she in fact wears a 3) but when they arrived they were a M3/W5. The sizing doesn't state that anywhere when you order them. Fortunately, My DD10 fits in them perfectly and since she was upset they didn't have any women's that fit her when I ordered her sister's she is thrilled now. We went to Dick's and tried on the Cayman style they have in stock and figured that maybe the size 2 will fit my DD8, so we ordered those and I am waiting for them to arrive.

FYI - Dick's has a 10% off coupon code available now and if you have another e-mail address you can use, you can use the $10 off Google check out again.

I just bought some lime green crocs from ShoeBuy yesterday for my 4 year old. I'm looking at getting some for my 6 year old, but the sizing confuses me. Is there a size 13 in kid's size--because on the site, I'm finding it goes from 12 to size 1... no size 13! That's what I need.

I was thinking that maybe there is no size 13 in kid's crocs and it just skips to size 1. :confused3

I am having a hard time convincing my husband to get a pair. :rotfl:
