SO....in preparation for our 1st trip home in Nov, and DBF's 1st trip EVER, I went to Disneystore.com and ordered some special check in gifts...personalized robes and hats, tshirts and sweatshirts, personalized toiletry bags and pj's...you get the idea. They will live in our OL! :banana:

3 days later, dsineystore puts out a promo code for 20% off! :headache:

I have emailed them and I guess we will see what happens. But the charge to my debit hasnt even gone through my account yet and it was a considerable amount - over $300!

Does anyone have experience with this? Please send some pixie dust my way that they credit me for the new promo discount and then I can put that savings into our souvie account! :cloud9:

Once they dropped the actual published PRICE of something I purchased a week and a half after I ordered it, and I called customer service to ask about it - they credited me the difference right of the bat, and seemed happy to do it. However, I don't know if that same system applies to promo code purchases or not. Good luck!
 
I have always had very good luck with their customer service. I am sure they will credit you. Did you get the free personalization as well?
 

Us too. But we only spent $80. We bought a lot of sale items so the 20% off probably would not apply anyway.
