UGH MDE Is Giving Me Fits

Is anyone else having issues with MDE?

I keep trying to link passes but it won't pull up that page. Every time I click on it it just goes to a blank page. Stitch doesn't even come up. Just a white page.

Thankfully my FP+ window doesn't open until Halloween so I have a few weeks to get it to work.

I had issues this week as well. I linked tickets to my MDE account, and spent two calls ensuring that they were all set. The calls were fine, CM's beyond helpful and made sure that the guest I added was there, the two sets of tickets active and ready. 7 AM yesterday I am ready to roll. My coffee next to me, my plans for FP carefully written out, the order and times there so I can choose those babies efficiently. Nope. 2 guests are not active. I try again, and again, and again. FInally I can book one day. The rest are a no go. An hour! I finally was able to book passes, and one I got to work I used a break to modify them, but the experience was awful.

I had a decent resolution, and I am not a strategic planner, so as long as I have passes that somewhat make sense, my family is happy, but I feel really badly for folks who like a real focused plan. The MDE site is glitchy still, and for the money people pay and the time they invest ahead of the trip to play by DIsney rules, it is a real shame.
 
Everyone has problems with MDE, it is awful at it's best, and sometimes it is downright useless.

Try a different web browser, or an incognito window in Chrome, or what ever private browsing method your web browser offers. Often that will solve problems in MDE.

Its crazy.. it keeps redirecting me to the European website. I have to go incognito in order to get to the usual website.

Yup, I had that happen. There was a fix for it, I don't readily recall what it was though. Let me see if I can find it.

Thanks.. its working now today. Must've been on their end perhaps or I did clear all of my history etc. as well.. might've helped.

i had so many problems trying to get onto MY Plans in MDE once i signed in. The page scrolled then went white. I called reps to help and told me to go to different search engines, IE, incognito etc and still nothing:scared1:!! I 'm Currently on firefox.
I finally decided to change my password and cleared my history of everything and it finally worked. So far so good but i had to do this about 3xs.
My fastpass is coming up the end of this month and i pray it will still be workingpixiedust:

Yes, using Chrome instead of Explorer worked for me as well when I had issues!

Or maybe they could just fix the damn thing so it works correctly instead of telling people to jump through endless hoops to use it. :sad2::sad2::sad2:
 
I had issues, so I called and between clearing my search engines and Disney doing some type of reset on their side, the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes.
It's 100% true that the search engines get gunked up and cause connection issues.
Clearing the history on the browser/search engine brings the MDE right back to functional on all 4 of my search engines.
