Ugh... can't get lunch BOG ressie

I have tried calling and using the app and the website for June 5-15. Nothing. :(
 
At 6am today, I clicked to book 11:40a lunch in March. Clicked to confirm it would not go thru and then time disappeared. After that was there was nothing left. Completely frustrating!
 
I've been trying for the last 1.5 hours to no avail for June 6th. Hoping this is just a system glitch.
 

Been trying here for an end of April lunch ressie. Nothing available. Is the system still down or just everything is gone already?
 
I'm thinking it's down because it won't give me any available restaurants for 1pm
 
Just got off the phone with disney and they said that the system is undergoing enhancements and I need to call back tomorrow. I am trying to get a reservation for this Friday. Let's see what happens.

Edited to add - Got it ! I was screaming at the bus stop at DTD like a crazy person. Did it through the MDE app.

So they weren't even able to book it over the phone?
 
Just got through online and got reservation for June 6th....Hurry...run :yay:
 
It seems to be "fixed" now. There is lots of availability for all of my dates in March. Good luck!
 
So, is lunch a TS meal now?? Or is it a "quick serve" that requires an ADR (which is dumb...just make it a TS).

Still a quick service, and I am happy about that. I'm also glad it's an ADR. I don't want to pay the higher price or take the longer amount of time for a table service meal, but I do want to experience the food and atmosphere of BOG. I never minded waiting in line to get in at lunch, especially since I rarely stay onsite to take advantage of the old FP system for lunch. But this is even better. I know I have a reservation for the experience I want.

Keep trying, I got both days I wanted by just continuing to try throughout the day today. Frustratingly glitchy, but worth the effort.
 
HI! New to forums sort of :) . . . but I thought I needed to share. I have been trying all morning on both the phone line and online with no success. I almost gave up and decided to try about 15 min ago. I signed into MDE on my laptop, searched on the main search bar for Be Our Guest not through the search bar on the "Reservations Page". I was able to view 3 reservation times for each of my time frames on June 13 and on June 20. I successfully booked both june 13th and june 20th. Going through the reservation page gives me no availability and has all morning; not sure if i just got lucky or if this is a way around the system failures . . .


Edited to add: the ressie was for a party of five if that matters
 
Does appear fixed. I snagged one by miracle earlier, but was just able to have a pick of times and rebooked at a better time for us.
 
I was calling all morning! Finally got through to a CM who told me the system was down & to try back again at 9am eastern time. Well, it just took me 10 minutes to get through & the CM is now saying the system is going through enhancements so we cannot make any reservations at this time. It should be up within the next couple of hours! This is so frustrating! Why have something like this set up but not have the capabilities to deal with all the people!!!

Welcome to Disney IT/online services. Running (and then crashing when they know a crush is coming) on the bare minimum required since the 90's.
 
Just got one for end of May, had a bunch of times to choose from also!
