So they weren't even able to book it over the phone?Just got off the phone with disney and they said that the system is undergoing enhancements and I need to call back tomorrow. I am trying to get a reservation for this Friday. Let's see what happens.
So, is lunch a TS meal now?? Or is it a "quick serve" that requires an ADR (which is dumb...just make it a TS).
I was calling all morning! Finally got through to a CM who told me the system was down & to try back again at 9am eastern time. Well, it just took me 10 minutes to get through & the CM is now saying the system is going through enhancements so we cannot make any reservations at this time. It should be up within the next couple of hours! This is so frustrating! Why have something like this set up but not have the capabilities to deal with all the people!!!
