So they weren't even able to book it over the phone?Just got off the phone with disney and they said that the system is undergoing enhancements and I need to call back tomorrow. I am trying to get a reservation for this Friday. Let's see what happens.

So, is lunch a TS meal now?? Or is it a "quick serve" that requires an ADR (which is dumb...just make it a TS).
. . . but I thought I needed to share. I have been trying all morning on both the phone line and online with no success. I almost gave up and decided to try about 15 min ago. I signed into MDE on my laptop, searched on the main search bar for Be Our Guest not through the search bar on the "Reservations Page". I was able to view 3 reservation times for each of my time frames on June 13 and on June 20. I successfully booked both june 13th and june 20th. Going through the reservation page gives me no availability and has all morning; not sure if i just got lucky or if this is a way around the system failures . . .I was calling all morning! Finally got through to a CM who told me the system was down & to try back again at 9am eastern time. Well, it just took me 10 minutes to get through & the CM is now saying the system is going through enhancements so we cannot make any reservations at this time. It should be up within the next couple of hours! This is so frustrating! Why have something like this set up but not have the capabilities to deal with all the people!!!
