Ugh! Bank of America commercials!

Am watching America: The History of Us, and a commercial came on, only at first you couldn't tell it was a commercial. It looked and sounded just like the program, and was very hard to tell the difference.

Grrrrrr.....I actually ff'd and rewinded a couple of times to make sure it wasn't part of the program.

Oh I totally agree! I thought the same thing when I watched it last week!

I enjoy the "funding America throughout its history" line (or whatever the exact wording is).... especially considering BoA wasn't officially founded until around 1904, and I'm pretty sure there was plenty of American history before then being funded without them

Shouldn't that be phrased "America funding Bank of America" instead??

I've only seen the first episode but I really like the series so far. I got fooled by the BofA commercial the first time too and was a bit annoyed. I am pretty good at avoiding all commercials and I hate when they sneak one by. I did have to give them credit though for at least making the commercial somewhat interesting and tailored to the audience that was watching the series.
