uggs exchange

So I bought my dd uggs in June off 6pm.com and the zipper broke and they ripped . So I called uggs and they said to send them back and they will evaluate them. They may replace or may send back. Anyone have any experience with this ?

My secretary was just telling me yesterday that her daughter's Uggs had a small tear in the fabric, not on the seam but an actual rip in the middle of the top of her foot. They weren't sure if they were purchased like that or if it happened right after she started wearing them. Either way, they brought them back to the retailer and they returned them to Ugg and sent her a new pair with no problem.

Not with uggs, but in other situations.

What they are doing is having you send them in so they can verify the damage. They want to be sure that the damage is due to an issue with the item and just due to something that you have done. If they believe the damage is due to the product then they will most likely replace them.
