UGG boots - - have you ever seen them on sale?

It's too late for this year, but Nordstrom.com had kids classics for $69 pre-season and women's crocheted boots for $59 pre-season. They also tend to clearance pretty fast in January.

Of the options you have, I'd say Ebay is your best bet. You might also try Craigslist by googling "Craigslist Uggs". You'll get all the Uggs sold on Craigslist in the US popping up. You can contact the sellers and see if they'll ship to you.

I got a knock off pair from Target last year, and hated them. I wore them but they were never as comfortable as the real thing. I get my DD's on Ebay every year, and sell them when she outgrows them. Saves me $$$.

Speaking from experience, if a teenage girl asks for a specific brand, one is best to get that brand. If she said she wanted UGGS, she wants UGGS. In my opinion, getting anything but is a waste of money because they just won't wear them.

FYI, the Ugg outlet in Wrenthem does NOT carry the "classic" ugg style (the most popular).

I own a childrens clothing boutique and at the "show" yesterday where we "BUY" all our goods to sell to customers, a woman was showing UGGs that were airbrushed with skulls,hearts,angel wings, swords,etc, they were awesome, I took her card and I am thinking of checking her out.

We have an Ugg outlet here in MA. That might be an option.

I also work part-time at Off Broadway Shoes and we have a brand called Bear Paws. (You can google them.) They are made by the same guy who originally designed the Uggs and are half the price. They are also sheepskin lined and are quite popular around here. I bought my niece a pair for back-to-school. She didn't care that they weren't the official Uggs. She loves them.

There are also emu boots. My dd got uggs the year before last and last year she asked for emu. She is 16 and loves her boots.

Wow. depending on how they look those cuold be great! and so hot. DD loves skulls and hearts. Are these going to be sold by UGG?

I know this year they have the cammo print ones but i find them to be unattractive. DD10 wants a pair of tall haydens. USS.com is sold out and i hope that an online retailer has what i want when payday rolls around. I plan to get them early to not miss out for christmas.

MY DD has had them for years and they last forever. she takes great care of them and I pass them down to younger cousins. I love that I can get a little more use out of them!

We got our first pair at Marshall's they were only $50 and were the pink classic short.

But I can't wait for her foot to stop growing!

Yeah, the boots sold with fur lining the outside is called like Sundance or something like that..

FYI for those interested in the "painted" Uggs....last year VonMaur stores and UGG had a graffiti artist in stores customing painting UGGs. DD got a pair and loved that they were originals! I'm not sure if they are doing that again this year but if you're interested it night be worth a phone call.

I agree with all those who say "NO" to the fake UGGs or FUGGS as DD calls them. The quality isn't as good and the name does matter especially to teens!!

LOL...I don't have Uggs but DD10 genrally does not wear socks with them. She does on ocassion wear them after dance so she has tights on...

U can wear socks, but i wouldn't because your feet will be so Hot, they are very comfy w/out them.

Honestly, when I tried them on, I didn't enjoy them because they were so flat and they didn't seem to have a lot of give in the sole. I need them to be flexible and they almost didn't bend when I walked.

I am sorry but that sounds UGG-ly with the designs and all. Of course I haven't seen it so I could be wrong but my imagination is not all that great

I bought my daughter a pair of F-Uggs last year (Fake Uggs) and she was happy as can be (10 yr.) until her friend who was also wearing F-Uggs, got real Uggs. Now she wants a pair. As a matter of fact the shipment is in yesterday but haven't gotten down there yet.

We have also checked out the Ugg store in Wrentham one year but don't know if it's still there. We were there in the summer and did not seem to see it but maybe my Ugg radar was not on. I would call before going...
