Uber or Resort Bus or Monorail?

I've never used Ubers around WDW so wanted to get some opinions. What's the best option for each scenario in you opinion? Mostly looking for the quickest option. Thanks!

Traveling from DHS to MK

1. Park-to-Park Resort Bus (it drops off right at the gate, not TTC, correct?)
2. Uber from DHS to CR, walk from there (otherwise, Ubers go to the TTC, correct?)

Traveling from MK to Epcot

1. Monorail
2. Park to Park Resort Bus
3. Resort Bus to YC/BC, walk to Int'l GW
4. Walk to CR, Uber to Epcot
