Does it really matter which one of these two I take from the airport to WDW? I've used Uber a few times (although I've never used either from the airport to WDW) Although I've never used Lyft, it seems have more experience with WDW So does it matter? If so, what's your choice and why?

last couple of years almost every driver I've encountered was driving for both ..... both signs in the window .... sometimes worth check both prices ...

It really doesn't matter today. I use an App called Ride.guru to run a price check, but the prices really are so close it's not an issue I've found

Agree with the PP's that it really doesn't matter which you pick. Your experience is more about the driver you get than the company you book through.

I log onto to both Uber and Lyft at the airport and book whoever is the cheapest. Many of the drivers drive for both.

From the airport and in the general WDW area, there is probably little difference. As others have stated, most drivers drive for both companies, unless they are renting their car from one company or the other.

I agree with those who recommend price-checking on the actual rider apps for each company because both pricing and promotions may vary.

Away from WDW itself, you may find quicker pickups with Uber. Uber has far more drivers and far more customers and that "saturation" results is drivers being closer to riders and quicker pickups. Both companies will show the estimated time of pickup on their apps before you actually order the ride.
