Uber/Lyft to MCO

We have an 11:30 am flight out of MCO on Thursday, December 1st. Our plan is to take an uber/lyft to the airport. We have TSA pre-check and will be checking bags. What time should we head to the airport. We've always taken MDE, so we're used to the 3-hour prior - but never had pre-check and it seems like that would be too early now. Any thoughts or suggestions? TIA!

We like to be at the airport 2 hours before our flight, even though we have PreCheck as well as priority baggage dropoff, so we'd leave WDW by 9 AM, allowing 30 minutes to get to MCO. We don't mind sitting at the gate, however - we'd rather sit at the gate than in an Uber on the highway in a traffic jam, wondering whether we'll miss our flight!
