I must admit, I knew in advance that there was a chance that there would be a problem. I took my chances anyway. Had a minivan reserved using the codes/coupons mention in the original thread. I had an Emerald Reserve reservation, I am a AAA member. I reserved a full-size and was upgraded to the minivan. After arriving in MCO, I proceeded to the Reserve aisle and picked out a minivan (Uplander with DVD player). I drove to the exit and gave my copy of the reservation ($147). She asked for my coupon- I forgot to print it out! She said that it showed that the coupon wasn't even valid for the minivan anyway (yes, I knew this. We all did). She then quoted me a price for over $300. After putting on my best confused act, she directed me to the customer service booth (after making all of the cars behind me back up to let me out - how embarrassing). Once I arrived at the booth, the kind fellow took care of everything. He didn't ask for coupon or mention validity of it. He gave me my original price and sent me on my way. Very scary 20 minutes. Now, it may be different for folks that have their coupon with them, but just the fact that she looked into the computer and stated that the coupon wouldn't have been valid for the minivan anyway was enough to make me realize that you may have a problem even if you did bring the coupon. Just my experience.
