Typical procedure for PPO at H and V?

I have never done a PPO here, so a few questions:

1. What time do they let you in?

2. Do they let in all guests with an ADR up until 9:00 (or just until 8:45)?

3. When can you get seated at the restaurant? I know check in is standardly 10 min before, but will they seat you even earlier? (I know for BOG, guests with 8:45 adrs can be seated earlier since it is such a big restaurant). I have an 8:50 but I would really like earlier (will keep checking). I’m not signing up for Jedi training.

We had an 8:20 PPO ADR and were let into the park with all those having PPO's. We were seated within a few minutes. We enjoyed the breakfast and characters and were finished by 8:45.
